SAX design hotel in Prague is literally a treasure trove of designer artwork. You will find there an extensive and valuable collection of exclusive retro gems. They were completed in cooperation with galleries and through purchases at international events – from furniture and wallpaper, dishes and porcelain, to paintings, lights and even sanitary ceramics.
While collectors usually keep their collections hidden away, at our Prague boutique hotel, Sax, you will be surrounded by rarities. While some are exhibited in display cases in the hotel corridors, most are functional both in common areas and in guest’s rooms.
The restaurant interior, the foyer and corridors have also been painstakingly designed with emphasis on comfort and functionality. There are nooks for undisturbed coffee breaks in the corridors or look out over the roofs of surrounding buildings in the Lesser Town from the terrace.

Spa and Sauna
Vintage Design Hotel Sax offers guests the choice of three sauna types- infrared heating, steam or classic sauna. Try our comfortable Jacuzzi with monochromatic therapy and aromatherapy. Our spa includes a relaxation corner complete with massage table where you can enjoy a variety of massages. Our spa is open every day from 9 am until 9 pm for two persons to enjoy the time in our spa in privacy.

Classic massage
The soft aroma of essential oils will bring a total relaxation and rejuvenation to you. This way all muscles of your body will be harmonized – hypertonic muscles relaxed and hypotonic muscle stimulated. You will also experience reduction of stress and better circulation.
Sports massage
Before and after training or work out. Depending on the type of emulsion, which is used, this massage can be relaxing or stimulating. This massage is performed with characteristic kneading and vibrating movements.
Deep tissue massage
This massage is usually fast accompanied by a feeling of minor pain that makes muscles relaxed for a longer period of time. The focus is placed on overstrained body parts such as neck, hips, or buttocks. Our experienced therapists will recognize which parts of your body need a special attention and they will focus on them.
Reflexology
It is a manual healing process performed on the body surface by applying pressure on secondary body parts, which are in stress. In other words, functioning of inner organs affects different body parts, for example lower back. By performing massage on affected body parts, a masseur can influence proper functioning of inner organs. Reflexology is based on neurology, on stirring up spinal roots, which innervate particular inner organs.
Relaxation massage
Relaxation massage will help you get rid of these symptoms because it is based on a smooth, flowing style that promotes general relaxation, improves circulation and range of movement, and relieves tension in muscles.
